Bringing back the sleeves, shoes and belt

Back 2 Skwat Block

After a squat hiatus with no equipment, it finally comes back on and going heavy as well, while still kinda throwin some bench and deads a little because week 4 is the last week to max out before leaving the Keys! Want to see where the total is at and at what bodyweight!

Back 2 Skwattin' Block

Pushing Bench and Deads while leaving squats completely raw. No belt, No sleeves, No heels. While they are on the back burner, they are very well focused on. Without equipment, you MUST brace properly and fire muscle fibers a lot more focused because that cushion isn't there doing it for you! This is almost as much for squats as it is Bench and Deads. This is just a great way to remind ourselves how to enjoy training a bit more while still getting sub-maximal training in on the lacking lift. (It was squats for me after injury) Stripping it down to the bare bones helped regain lacking hip stability/strength. And even mobility, front squats. Started to lose my front rack position since those have been neglected.
